There's no explicit NT typology for the grain offering.
Vos considered and rejected the Roman reading of the minchah as a special type of the Eucharist - the elements might be vegetable in both cases but for different reasons: in the Supper/Communion because the unbloody sacrament replaced the bloody one; in the grain offering to express consecration of the products of work.
